Restoran Super Kitchen Chilli Pan Mee @ Seri Petaling
Monday, April 27, 2015Kar Li always teased me, when I am out of idea what to eat for lunch/dinner, I would suggest that we have Pan Mee.
She would have banned me normally as she said eating pan mee is fattening.
But, somehow we ended up eating this Restoran Super Kitchen Chilli Pan Mee @ Seri Petaling.
She tried before at their SS2 branch long time back and it was delicious.
And since there is a branch over here in Seri Petaling, we decided to give it a try too.
We ordered two version of the pan mee, mainly the traditional soup pan mee and the chili pan mee.
The soup pan mee at RM 7.50 which comes with an egg. I always like the egg to be mixed with my soup when I have it, so yea, I did scrambled the egg and mix it with the soup in the end. The soup is quite flavourful and the pan mee is by pieces as requested. Overall, it taste just ordinary and nothing special about it.
Of course we would not miss its infamous chili pan mee which is at the price of RM7.00 sharp. The amount of chili is depend on how spicy you want it to be. You can add them by yourself as there will be a pot of dried chilies in every table.
We ordered a cup of herbal drink at RM2.00 and another cup of white coffee iced at RM3.00. Nowadays, the drinks can be pretty expensive.
We feel that this is not as good as the one we had at Jojo Kitchen, this is lack of taste and the mee seems to be a bit cold.
Perhaps, the branch at PJ SS2 would taste better? We'll find out next time if we so happen to be there.
